honestly i tried this shit...the first time i took it i took 1 scoop...i got a good pump after about 3 days of taking 1 scoop i took 2....i got no pump from it and i had a killer head ache and i threw up i never use it again....i tried cellsmass tho i liked it i think bsn is ok nothing special
