Hi everyone!! I have worked extremely hard the passed couple of years to lose weight and gain strength. I eat clean so 5-6 meals a day, low healthy carbs, lots of protein and veggies. Work out hard 6 times a week with trainers and alone. Over the past month or so i've read sooo many threads...
