    i guess youre right depends on body type...i guess i would just have to experiment with the carbs and see the results...i know that i feel leaner when i just eat protein and green veggies...but strength goes down..

    i've read about carb cycling and the high,medium, and no carb days....now my question is, on the no carb days is it just extrictly protein or would anything that contains carbs, like milk,salads,fruit,veggies be conciderd a no no for no carb days? i mean when it says no carbs are they saying no...
