Has this happened to any of you?
While on the bench press this morning, I felt a pop and rip sensation in my left pectoralis/shoulder area. I hope all I've done is pull the ligaments in that area.
If this has happened to you, how long was your recovery time? Did you see a doctor to have...
I'm having some difficulty finding info on Methanabol (B/D 10mg). How does it compare to Turanabol as far as strength gains? What is a recomended daily dose (I'm guessing 30mg a/d)? All the info I've found so far is very generic.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
