how should i alter my training while im taking gear. naturally i did well training one bodypart per week and did one warmup set and one set to failure of 2-5 exercises per bodypart (smaller muscle groups trained with the lesser amount of exercises)
what now?
this cycle i will be increasing my dbol from 30mgs (first cycle) to 40 mgs ED and doubling my sustanon intake from 250 to 500mg EW.
hopefully this will do the trick.
anyone see a benefit to starting out with anadrol?
i was hoping a jumpstart on strength and size to carry into the dbol since although i gain rapid size with dbol, strenth takes a while to increase for me on dbol. like almost 3 weeks.
im 6'1", 230lbs, 9%BF
for my second cycle i want to try:
anadrol 50 mg ED weeks 1-2
dianabol 40mg ED weeks 3-6
sustanon 500mg EW weeks 1-8
laurobolin 400mg EW weeks 3-8
followed up by HCG and clomid
liquidex on hand

this is my second cycle. after gains from my first, i weigh about 230 lbs at 9% BF .
can i build a cycle with anadrol, dbol, sustanon? i also can get winstrol and deca. i want big gains and high muscle retention after the cycle.
please advise.
my first cycle of dbol, sus, deca, and winny i went from 205 to 240Lbs and it looks like i will end up around 230. for my next cycle i plan:

ive noticed a good bit of bloating due to dbol.
what causes this?
is there anything i can do to prevent it?
can this possibly be related to a lack of appetite?
and most importantly...WILL IT GO AWAY POST-CYCLE?

which is better, what are the dosages, where are the best prices?
