If you do quads pokes often--you WILL eventually hit a nerve.It happened to me last week and it will make you flinch.Try to aim at the outer upper area of the quad----less major nerves in that area.

It`s important to rotate injection sites even though alflutop is water based, so it won`t linger at a site very long. I`ve heard some people use 29 gauge 1/2" slin pins with alflutop----but i prefer the 3/4" length pin for assurance that it gets deep enough into the muscle.
