This question tends to get replies from only those who are selling such supplements and of course all say the one that they sell is the best. Of the ones I can get at lets say GNC or The Vitamin Shoppe..... Which ones have you tried that really worked well? Thanks in advance.

My ex took 5mgs a day for 4 weeks and she got yoked..... She also broke out on her back pretty badly. Maybe front load at 5mg ED for the first few days then drop it down to 2.5?
