i think i'll hold off on the cycle for now, keep it tucked away somewhere safe. after i make some progress with the BF i'll reconsider. its a shame just to let it go to waste especially after the stress of bringing it back to the states!
definitely, i understand. i appreciate and respect the advice. since i have started the cycle already (four days) is it ok to just stop it? and at what point should i start it again. with my genetics i don't know if it is ever possible to get down to less than 10% BF.
"convert" was an incorrect use of the term. the winny isn't so much for dieting down as it is for gaining muscle. the dieting down part i am handling with diet and cardio, as suggested.
clen is a little too speedy for me. that feeling is awful.
