It will not dissolve in water. You can use propylene glycol, but I am not sure how stable it is. I make caps, 00, just weigh it out and put in cap and fill the remainder of the cap with creatine. Just get a decent scale. 50mg or whatever your dose is a very small amount.

Use a slow releasing protein such as casein before bed. Whey digests too quickly.
