    12 weeks out... Night time carbs

    FWIW none of my pre-bed meals have any carbs to speak of. My post workout eve meal does have baked potato, after that just a shake, later egg whites.     I ran oral winny years ago, impressive strength gains and some bloating, mild joint pain, no acne, but the big kicker for me was it made me an absolute #$&@. I also feel the skin texture on my face has never been the same. IMO there are better AAS for women, but I know a ton of girls who love it...
