Hi! For right now, i am just trying to lose fat. I have been on Atkins for about 3 weeks, an d have lost 9 lbs. I am so tired and weak on this stupid diet. Any suggestions for me?
This is my first time posting here. I want to lose about 25 lbs. I have been on Atkins for 2 weeks and lost 8 lbs so far. Still on iduction phase, how long should i stay on that phase.
