just curious to what all you people eat and how much

i guess i'm going to start 5 whole eggs a day tomorrow since my weight gainer will be here tomorrow and i need the calories

actually, cholesterol is a lipid but its in a class called sterol

oh, and another reason I ask is b/c i can get more calories from the whole egg than just from the white.

is it good stuff? its packed with calories, carbs and protein so I'm hoping it'll do the trick for putting some weight back on

wrong. gravity says it will and it DOES every morning I fix it.
