thanks for the info! I'm 29 and been training for 14 years and have won several local shows. I've been using in cycles since i was 23 but haven't for over a year. As far as gear goes, I can get almost anything I would need.
I haven't been to the gym in over a year. I want to start back tomorrow and was wondering what you thought on a good return cycle. I haven't taken anything in the time I've been off nor have i kept up with the latest gear. Really the only thing I don't have access to is hgh. Should I wait...
