It always amazes me how many people hate cottage cheese. I grew up eating it and never thought twice. Its great with ice cold fruit and is also good with salt and pepper on it. I can eat it by the container...my wife gags if she just sees me eating it.
Quinoa is awsome. It tastes way better than brown rice, which to me tastes like soggy cardboard. Its quick to cook and when you add spinach or other veggies is great with chicken or fish.
