I started working out again on 1-7-08 after a 6 month break from any gym work outs. Started at 148.5 pounds and 22.6% body fat. Have been working out 6 days a week with cardio and some weight training.
On 1-21-08 I'm at 145.5 pounds and 20.2% body fat.
I am hoping to get around 135lbs and less than 20% body fat.
