40mg ED - 20 in the morning before my Swim/Lifting and 20 in the afternoon before my Bike/Run
It certainly makes things harder to do at first (due to pumps and the water retention) but I have found that 50mcg of Clen help push that issue aside.
2) get some chantix and quit smoking before you start messing with clen. I had a lot of weird interactions with Clen and other CNS drugs.
3) start slow and drink lots of water
4) you will get terrible shakes from clen .... if they bother you to much try abuterol...
