What I found to work better for me in general is to try and get more of my macro's off of whole foods instead of shakes. So maybe instead of having 3 smoothies a day, have 1 and turn the other 2 into real meals (ex:steak/broccoli, chicken/brown rice, lean ground beef/whole wheat tortillas)...
