every dude I have ever spoken to who knows about this stuff would tell you to add test. Unless you've used eq before, 400mg/wk is normally enough as far as I know too... you doing some kind of pct as well?

Any medium size jolthead nails will work for this. You will need to punch them below the level of the carpet, but no mark should be visible once punched. Possibly a bit late, but if it helps... :)
