I found this on the net: 2.5 mg’s per day of letrozole given to young men (with normal testosterone levels) for 28 days reduced estradiol 46%, and estrone by 31%. So unlike many think, it’s not a total abomination of estrogen.

It's not quite that bad for me but my shoulders ache like hell when I lift. It gets better after a good warmup.

If 2.5 mg kills 98% of estrogen higher doses won't make much difference.

Does GW501 increase GH or mimic GH?

This protocol confuses me. I've read where Nova counteracts the effects of Letro by as much as 76%.

2.5 is what the guru's recommend. It sure reduced my gyno at that dosage.

It seems to me that once a week dosing would be a estro roller coaster ride.

That's what I hear every time I use a product like this. So then how much do I attribute to diet and how much to the supplement? I can lose on diet alone. If the product is effect I should be able to lose on a maintenance diet with proper application.

I know, I used to as well. In fact, I still have a sizable stash.

I just switched from Letro (2.5mg/day for a month) to Estane+Prami. Letro shrunk by 5 year old glandular gyno by about 75%, but I need a break. My joints ache making it difficult to work out. My libido is in the tank, which is not a big deal. And I'm lethargic much of the time again making...

Thus far I ordered Letro, Prami, Ostarine, Tadafil and Exemestane. All seem to work very well. Letro has almost eliminate my pre-exixting gyno but I need to get off for a while as it drys me out too much (achy joints). I've switched to Estane for a month or so. I'm taking 0.2mg of Prami...

I'm not sure why, but Ostarine seems to work well for me where LGD does not or maybe I should does very little.

Let me rephrase as well. I know that it doesn't raise T level but from what I understand, it should work the same but without the side effects. Basically what I want to know is does it stack well with T and pro hormones?
