1 slice of wheat bread
and maybe one cup of oatmeal
meal 2- 12:00pm
can of tuna with tomato and onion

i bought some protein -six star body fuel
and it says to put one scoop of protein in to water or milk or if you want to gain more muscle put 2scoops.
my question is how much milk should i use in the protein shake
and how much is a scoop
and shouldi drink 2 or 1 scoops of protein at the...
in just trying to build some muscle but i dont know what diet to choose can somebody please help me
