I say this cause naturally i can only recover from about 2 sessions per week sometimes three and that was in my early twenties. On 250mg per week I can train all out 6 times per week, tried 7 but it was too much.
If you take 250mg test you will wipe out natural test production pretty rapidly...
i did 250 mg for my first cycle.
worked great for me but me training partner got nothing from it.
i would go with the 250mg every 5 days if i had my time again. felt like superman with the raging horn all the time.
nothing could prepare me for the sexual appetite it created. i felt like a bear...
its about 4-5 times easier than gaining it for me.
i have stopped several times and when i started back it came very easy. but gaining it in the first place took brutal dedication.
my friend was a high level sprinter and he made his best lifts on only 25mg a day.
yes ahalf a tablet was his course but he is a genetic natural and trains harder than most could imagine.
