I'm a guy that's way too old to be trying to make serious gains with weights this late in life but not willing to give give up just yet. I have some medical issues. Defibrilater installed about 6 years ago but never seems to bother me. It does make some issues with lifting and can get in the way in my chest when I lift. I'm trying to find ways to improve my health and not be lazy about it. I am in search of all avenues that will help me feel strong and of course look better than a bag of
