yeah im just starting to look into doing shows, i have a couple lagging areas that i neglected in my early years of training so once i get those up will probably go for it
made gains the whole time on first cycle went from 185 to 208 at the end and kept almost all of it and most of the strength gains as well its been 4 months since i finished it and have still only lost 8 pounds and a lot of that has been since i started cutting for the summer about 3 weeks ago, i...
thanks boss i appreciate the feedback
i guess 10 weeks at 500mg a week it is, that will leave me two cycles too now i dont feel as bad about the amount i paid for it haha
so ive been doing some reading im 26 200 lbs 7pct bodyfat and have one test e cycle under my belt

this is definetly a quality site, however the ventrogluteal isnt on there
ventrogluteal is basically like injecting into your hip, im just not sure exactly where in the side of the hip and if damage can be done if i make an error
all of the info i can find shows you how to locate the site on other people, im just wondering if anyone has any tricks they use to find the ventrogluteal site on themselves.
just to make sure its clear what i meant cause i can see how it was confusing im saying why do a cycle like this
weeks1-12 test e
weeks10-14 winny
week 14 begin pct
VS. a cycle like this:
Weeks 1-12 test e
weeks8-12 winny
week 14 begin pct
yeah im still in a learning stage but what i meant was why do you not end the winny and test at the same time then go into pct after a two week period not using the winny and pct simultaneously which is the track you were on i believe
im just wondering if anyone has access to the research of bridging winny into pct at the end of a longer estered test cycle such as test e
EX. weeks 1-12 test e
weeks 10-14 winny
week 14 begin pct
i see a lot of people using this but cant find any research behind it so if anyone has any...
