I do like stallone. I do agree though that his supplements are way too overpriced, that sucks

when im not really feeling a workout, or wanna change it up I take a walk or sprint a little around the track, or just concentrate on ab workouts. and like the other girls said watch the diet, eating right does miracles to the body.

I think I would hurt myself doing high reps and heavy weights. I use the traditional heavy weights and low reps, its been working for me.

Ive never tried coconut oil, maybe I will.

ive never had a csection but I can say that this is great advice. it will get better over time
