sorry if this is old thread i cant tolerate more than couple hundred mg test per week higher (bbuilding doses)actualy trigger my crohns! im here to see what others do to cope with this issue ,also you must get past the finger in bum thing as it gets a lot worse than that i.e cameras and such up...
