I have a tear, Did you have surgery? I don't think mine will need surgery but is there anything i can do to help in the healing process. This happened last tuesday, I have been doing ice, e-stem, ultra-sound.

I have torn my achilles tendon, I was wanting to know if taking a deca and tes cycle would help the tendon heal faster?
