I don't know how healthy it is but I've been eating it 2 to 3 times a day and losing weight. I'm watching my calories (not carbs) and find instant oatmeal is a great for curbing my hunger for the calories.
Does anyone know where I can find a small electronic device to keep track of calories consumed each day. Right now I'm using a Palm PDA but have heard of smaller calculator size devices. Thanks for any leads.
It's probably not his but that's also an early symptom of diabetes. If your body has trouble processing sugar you often get thirsty at night and pee alot. That's one of the early signs docs look for. Of course doctors assume you eat like "normal" people and take no supplements too...

I'd say both. Showing it is more effective if you're not doing it every day. I think the key is to show it without looking like you're trying to. (ex. comfortable fitted shirts vs. your little brother's shirt). :cool:
Does anyone know of a MRP that is not only tastes good but also keeps hunger away? Or are they all the same in this respect?
