thought you guys were here so i didnt have to try and research

i have deca qv 300 and enantat qv 250. was told to take one injection a week for 10 weeks?? each bottle is 10 mil. how much to take? how often? where to inject? will i see much gain? side effects? all the usual questions a rookie would have i guess.
