var is suppose to be the safest thing anyone-especially a female-can take. its not like i just got a book and picked the first one that sounded good i did my research.
because im cut but its could DEF be improved. also i need to drop BF...and quickly. im dieting and exercising regularly and seeing results but I know they could be better. an old friend of mine turned me onto this avenue.
lose weight is a mild goal but more gain muscle. im not looking to do competitions right now...that won't happen till I go stateside again, right now I'm in Korea. I want to get better muscle definition and lose bf

I am starting my first cycle of Var and Clen, I was going to cycle for 8 weeks/5-10 since Var has very low side effects. But since I am new to this whole thing a little perspective would be very nice!!!!!
