    Most things that are low in carbs are higher in fats. Meats, Pork rinds, peanuts, etc. I also eat fish almost every other day

    Yeah its tough. I was doing 5 days Mon-Chest, Tue-Legs, Wed-Back, Thur-Shoulder, and Fri-Leftovers hahaha. Im about to start doing AT LEAST 4 days a week just to seperate Legs/Back. As far as my Cal's and Mac's I don't keep track of it, I only stay on my carb/protein intake on meals.

    10-12%bf and training for about 3yrs. Typically I only do protein and creatine/N.O. as far as supplements go. My training is Mon. Shoulders/Neck/Tri's/Upper Abs, Wed. Back/Legs/Bi's/Obliques, and Fri. Chest/Tri's/Lower Abs. Diet is off and on, Most of the time is low carb for meals and carb load...

    Hey guys, Im 25 yrs old, 6'2 and 215lbs. I have some left-over stuff ( about 25cc's of Finaplix, about 15 Anadrol pills @ 75mg each, and 5cc's of Deca) that a friend gave me (he's going all natural because of having a child) I was wanting to use the remaining up and I know its not a full cycle...
