....i plan on taking 4iu of growth for at least 4-5 months...so how long can you safely take 25mcg/day before needing a break, also how long of break before back on..???

this is dr.s advice: i use also, hcg use 2-3x wk during cycle @ 250-500iu depending on your response, also use arimidex 0.25mg eod and work your way from there if still holding water.. nolva 20-40mg after cycle, (dr doesnt like clomid) i use clomid 50-100mg for a few wks

tired is one thing but i think if your beat/broken-down then get your rest...most people overtrain anyway.....thats why the same people are that same size all year.......listen to your own body
