    Critique my Havoc cycle

    OMG !! Is 10caps of 6-OXO really needed? Im about to run this same cycle but from what i have read up on my looks more like this.. 4 caps 6oxo 3 caps 6oxo 2 caps 6oxo Can someone please advise..................

    Just got my RPN Havoc and just wanted to see what eles i should take with it and how long to take it for. Right now I am taking protein and creatine with NO in it . SHould i stop the creatine (been on for 3weeks) before i start the Havoc? Please advise.
