Bi injections really hurt but it goes away after about 3 hours or so after the injection. Quads also hurt. Even though bi injections hurt they feel hugh the next day.:D

I get the same thing its normal. Just deal with that little pain and watch what will soon happen. You will love the reults. I'm in week 2 now and loving every second of it.
