2 grams per pound def. im getting in 400-500 grams ed at 205lbs, eat protein first,fiber second, then go for carbs, if you can get them down, or drink a shake with every meal, where there's a will there's a way.

cardio will help keep bf at a reasonable level giving your diets incheck. also it helps stimulate the appetite ( at least for me) and its good for you. just keep it to low intensity for like 20-30 mins on non trainig days and you should be good
its possible as a base powder ( boldenone base) but i doubt anyone would use that as filler. and you would prob have to ingest (orally) a lot of base powder to equate to something similar as the eq "hunger".
why? cuz most say they have diet in check to appease, when they really have no clue. gear use = instant gratification for alot of people. dieting although everyone says is so "simple and easy" takes dedication and discipline and that isnt instantly gratifing (sp).

you should post a little more info before people can give you any advise. diet? cardio? training info? also t-3 i dont think is something for someone who hasnt had any expereince with bodybuilding "drugs". could be wrong though.
yeah muscle milk has alot of fat and some carbs, but tastes great! nectar is amazing!! i havent tasted one i didnt like. i also use true protein and get the new flavors, orange juice indulgence is so damn good. let me know how you make out
