I did a 10weeks test e cycle with nolvafor pct
now im eating around 500g of carbs clean (from whole food)
cals really high, and i got some fat that i want to cut down ( i started the cycle extremely lean and i gained good amount of mass but also some fat and water)
i was thinking about slowly...
I got 3 packs of proviron left after my cycle, at first i was thinking to run Nolva only for my PCT, but now i don't really know if i should add maybe about 50mg of proviron ED along with the nolva.
is it okay?

anyway if i will keep my kcals that high i will def gain few more pounds even without gear, the problem is that i don't want it to be few pounds of fat, i mean i gained some fat when i was on gear i don't want to add any more fat...
i can't just drop some kcals...
so i just done my test cycle, i gained awesome amount of muscle mass, some water and also some fat.
now i im wondering when should i start drop cals and carbs? at least to get into maintenance phase.
