Went on this for 6 days, oh god the refeeding day was heaven. I lost 8 lbs actually and gained 2 on the day after refeeding day so all together 6. Not bad at all but this diet made me go crazy :P
Been on this diet for a day, but I am not one much for intaking so much whey protein. Do you think its possible to compensate some of the powder with chicken or eggs? Maybe even tuna? :)
