Okay.. I must've slepted through food groups in Grade 6. What has what in it? My meals usually (almost always) consist of the following:
-Salad (often)
-Rice (often)
-Sandwiches (mostly ham - often)
-Burgers + Fries (occasionally)
-Subway / subs (occasionally)
What here contains carbs? What...
Yeah.. True true. I do a lot of running to take the fat off, then I do crunches and pushups (weight lifting) to turn it into muscle. I want some freaking abs!
