    Ok sorry for leavin this out in my original posting, I'm 35 6' 1" 153lbs. The most I ever weighed was 190 but I always drop back to 153-158. I've been this weight since I was 15. I used to train 3 days a week have just got back to training. so far just cardio and alot of runnin, push-ups ,dips...

    I have a very high metabolism and have had a problem with gaining/maintaining weight my whole life. An associate of mine suggested a quick cycle of d-bol/winnie to bulk and cut. Is this solid advice or is there a better cycle/solution? His suggested cycle was 5 weeks. I've never done a cycle...
