Why do i crave sugar (candy) after workouts?
yea i thought of that to.. Been getting all my carbs in.. I solved the problem by eating oranges. It seemed to do the trick. thanks though.- nietzsche247

Why do i crave sugar (candy) after workouts?
about 2 hours my workouts i seriously crave sugar (candy).. I don’t want to eat it but i crave it bad.. Is it an imbalance of some sort or is it all physiological?- nietzsche247
