That's so funny b/c one of my favorite cheat treats is a rice cake or 2 with soynut butter and sugar free rasberry jelly (I recently discovered a very annoying allergy to peanuts/peanut butter and almond butter :( ...and I luuuuuvvvvvvvvvv p/b).

I say overtraining b/c I have had the past week off (job shift), and chose to shake things up for my body a bit by...
lunges, cable squats (similar position to water-skiing) and stair runs are also great (you can get creative and skip a step or 2 at a time on the way back up for a great glute/ham work-out...plus is cardio!), and step-ups (holding dumbells).
I believe this is why I am WIDE awake and have been since like 4:15 (am)....I don't know what to do...and my first instinct is to go to the gym since I'm so WIRED.
