I having 5 meal a day plus my shake... my routine is split in 5 days day one chest day 2 back day 3 legs day 4 shoulder day 5 arm day 6 rest then i start over but i include a core and cardio work out into that.... I probably intaske 3000 to 3500 calorie a day
thanx for your advice rustilldown I know im very small but I dont know why I cant get weight on..... its why I want to start a cycle to get the kick.... if I can gain 15 pds ill be more than happy
