ok imo first u dont have to up ur test...just keep it at 500 or 750mg a week plus to get all use out of all the ester i would do a shot eod...ok now the deca same thing just keep it at one level i would do something like 500mg a week...now the winnie wait 4 the last 4 to 5 weeks to take...
