I am 30 yo, 200 lb, 6'3: how much test to deca should i do? Should i also do clomid at the end?

Not first cycle. Its been a yesr since last. I was going to just take deca, as a low dosage for a jumpstart, but as I'm only 30 and didnt want to ruin my test production permanitly, but per my doc i was told clomid might be the helpful way to naturally get things going. Thoughts?
