I've been getting roughly 200 g protein, and I'm not quite sure about the carbs, but I'm gonna go ahead with the 50mg for 6 weeks this first time cuz I already have it on hand and just gonna try it out. One friend of mine had good results with that cycle, but I was just hoping to get some advice...
I'm 23 and have been lifting since high school. Stats: 6 ft 180 lbs Wanting to try an aas because I train hard and eat right (6 high protein meals a day) and am struggling to get stronger and see results
I've never run an aas cycle before and am getting ready to run anavar only for 6 weeks at 50mg a day. I'm going to pct with nolvadex 20 mg for about 3 weeks. I was wondering if I need any milk thistle or some form of liver support with var, and if so what strength? Also should I run a natty test...
