Thank you Jtm I really do need the Ritalin for work. I will try it to use sparingly on cycle. The main reason to use for me is to push down the last 2-3% bf to fully reveal my abs. I have been plateauing and I just want to get a boost. Any extra muscle mass would be amazing.
