    How many servings of vegetables do you eat a day? Cascara Sagrada (an herb available at most health food stores) can be taken if nessecary. Don't take it to regulary though, as with anything, you don't want to become dependant on it- but it will usually do the trick ovenight!!

    The thing with yogurt is it has a lot of sugars, however I still eat yogurt, I just get the low carb version and it has more protein and taste just as good IMO. I eat Light wheat bread though and FF cheese, FF sour cream and other things like that that some may not consider completly clean, but...

    With weight training, I lift kind of in the middle. I lift heavy enough to where I can really feel it, but I lift light enough to where I can do 10 reps. Should I go heavier?
