I am 6'1, 274, and i need to be down to about 234, but i dont wannna loose any muscle i just wanna cut fat, and im still gonna be lifting really hard. So how can i do all that, what would be a good diet?
I was wondering what would be the best to stack with 1 ad, because i am looking for a good 6-8 week cycle that will help bump my strength up really good, and help me drop some fat?
