Update: down 15 pounds.... Ran into some road bumps, not to get to personal but a hemroid pretty stopped all my workouts for a bit, soon as that got better I had a gallstone attack and started lowering the T3 as I thought I was going to end up in surgery. Got my pct ready from n2bm and closing...
UPDATE: been a week since I started, down almost 5 pounds. At first I was starving all the time but that seems to have calmed down. Excited about ramping up to full doses here in the next week or so.
I need help, have a date I need to be 170lbs by. Currently 216 and just started my t3/albut cycle. Started at 270 and hit my wall. It's for a competition worth a nice purse. I have about 5 months. How long after this cycle and my pct can go start round 2?
I can cut the alcohol, this is more important. Just a social drinker at times. I have hit a wall at 216 pounds for the last month and a half, I stay between 215-217.

yeah body fat is @ 28% using a scale and teh same using the thing you squeeze onto with your hands.
By "diet" I mean jus eating more like a normal person not eating pizza and cheeseburgers. Making meals at home, using lower fat versions of meals. Balancing out protein/carbs/fats.
