age 28 weight 165 height 6'0 training history just jot back into working out a few weeks ago after a couple year lay off ive had a real lazy period and im wanting to hit it strong etc

i recently purchased some dinabol but have yet to use any. they are 5mg pills. How many do i take to start and then do i go up? thanks
