I'm 46 yrs. old and have been lifting on and off most of my adult life. I'm a 9 year USMC veteran. Have stuck with my current program religiously for a little over two years. Started with a stronglifts 5X5 and have modified it a great deal to suit my own style. Currently benching 375, cant do much with legs that permit weigh on y back because of two lumbar surgeries. Still do a lot of leg extensions and leg curls. Have cycled four times over last two years with straight test E first for 3 months
